EN FORME™ was inspired by the French language “être en forme” which means “to be healthy” or “to have energy”. We specialise in providing Barre, Pilates and Dance Fitness classes in Christchurch, offering some of world’s best dance fitness workouts.

Director and Founder
Stephanie Hadley is the Director of EN FORME.
Stephanie has a passion for dance and fitness and combines these worlds to provide a unique experience to the classes and programmes she provides.
Stephanie is a REPS registered exercise professional in Group Fitness, a certified instructor of The BootyBarre®, BBarre less®, KONGA®, and Studio Pilates International®. Stephanie is also on the Board of the Exercise Association of New Zealand.

Lauren holds a first class BA Honours Dance Degree from the UK. She went on to further train at the Broadway Dance Center in New York City which started her professional dance career leading her to different parts of the world.
Lauren became a qualified Booty Barre instructor in 2018 after being hooked on En Forme’s classes and has been teaching it since.
